The combination of CNC production with versatile conventional methods of processing is the key to unimagined flexibility. In this way, the highly precise single part for the aerospace industry can be produced as economically as a small batch in lots up to about 200 pieces, for example for medical technology and precision engineering.

Turning and milling are combined in one working process during turn-milling . So parts which have had to be produced in several setups before can now be produced in a single process. The advantages are obvious:
- High precision due to less converting
- Complete 5-axes processing on main- and counter spindle
- Low tooling costs
- Short setting-up time
- The machining sequence can be optimized in regard of burr formation and warping
- Refinishing, e.g. deburring, can be avoided to the greatest possible extent by integrating turning and milling in one process

On requirement, we produce sheet metal parts which have to be adjusted to milling- or turning parts, or single parts which cannot be processed economically by a typical sheet metal manufacturer due to the demanded precision.

Turnparts which cannot be turned to the required measures due to the needed precision or surface quality are cylindrically grinded by one of our partners, centerless or between centers, depending on the part.
If eroding works are necessary, additionally to turning or milling, we can rely on efficient and very trustworthy partners who are specialized in these processes. This applies to wire-cut EDM as well as to die finishing.

Especially in the field of aerospace, processing by means of customary machines very often reaches its limits: In case of very high requirements concerning tolerances or surface qualities, special methods of processing are in demand. The possibilities reach from grinding to lapping up to manual fine finishing.
For the production of sheet metal parts and pre-tapping of milling contours, we revert to laser cutting as well as to waterjet cutting. We use efficient and reliable partners for both methods.
High value assembly- and test devices, as well as MGSE on customers´ requirements are created in our Fixture Construction. We are very flexible in regard of specifications: On one hand, we produce on the basis of your finished constructions. But, of course, we also design for you. And you will also receive your required fixture based on rough sketches and sample parts. We would also like to equip your fixation with pneumatics or an additional control.
To prove our high quality standards continuously, comprehensive measuring- and test facilities are available. Our flagship is a coordinate measuring machine ZEISS CONTURA G2.
